I visited this region last year, as intuitively I am drawn to this exact area where the Mediterranean meets the mountains, for a very lush and diverse array of bioregions. I enjoyed discovering rivers, springs, and a beautiful quality of light!
Our yoga retreat venue is in a mountain village about 30 minutes by car from the town of Ceret, a one hour drive to Mediterranean beaches, and even closer to the Spanish Pyrenees.
Our venue provides comfortable hospitality in a natural and rustic mountain setting, holding space for each of us to let our immersive practice and immersion in nature open us to the inherent wisdom and joy in our own bodies and lives.

Sunrise sitting
Yoga with Trishna (1 or 2 sessions daily)

Full and exclusive access to the ammenities of our venue including a sauna, hot tubs, a pool, a fire pit, a fully equipped yoga studio, and the beautiful grounds set in Pyrenees Orientales, France!
