Deep Flow Yoga with Trishna

Wednesdays 6:00-7:30 pm (no class December 25)
Please arrive a few minutes early if you are new to class, to fill out a one time registration form.
This philosophy based practice includes a fluid sun salutation, asana practice offered with gradations of challenge, pranayama, mantra, and meditation. Yoga with emphasis on intelligent transitions, ease of motion, breath, and awareness.
Being Yoga Community Classes are offered by donation. In Sanskrit, the word for your contribution toward class is ‘dāna’( दान )and is seen as an aspect of yoga practice, and in Buddhism is one of the six perfections of our being. It means ‘Generosity’.
Any amount you are comfortable with is received gratefully.
Dāna can be in the form of cash when you arrive at class, or you may prefer to give it electronically. I can send you a link for that ahead of time, or at class.

Gentle/Therapeutic Yoga for seniors with Trishna
Tuesdays 11:00-12:00 (no class December 24)
Drop-ins welcome. Free of charge.
This one hour practice will give us a chance to enjoy warming into essential yoga asana meditations with preliminary practices and generously gentle modifications.

Class Descriptions
Hatha Flow Yoga: Emphasis on breath and awareness.
This philosophy based practice includes a fluid sun salutation, asana practice offered with gradations of challenge, pranayama, mantra, and meditation.
Gentle Flow Class: Gentle Vinyasa with slower transitions. Warming into basic Asana. Pranayama, mantra, and meditation.
Healing/Therapeutic Yoga: Conscious and intelligent warm ups and gentle stretching to gradually cultivate and sustain strength, mobility, and well-being.
Consider personalized sessions, tailored to your specific needs and schedule. These can be accomplished in-person or via live stream. They can also be shared with friends for a more affordable group practice.
