Class Schedule

Mill Valley
At 40 Ridge Avenue, off Panoramic, on Mt. Tamalpais.
Wednesdays 6:00-7:45 p.m.

This class is mixed level Hatha Flow.
It includes practices with breath, movement, stillness, mantra, and meditation.
All are welcome!

Please bring a mat and a blanket or towel if you have them. I have extras too.

Drop-in classes are offered ‘by donation’.
I invite you to fully enjoy the practice and my wish is that it be of benefit to you.
I hope that by offering class on a by donation basis, students will have a chance to engage generosity, within their means.
