Single class $15.00
Four classes $48.00, to be attended within five weeks.
Eight classes $80.00, to be attended within ten weeks.
One month (unlimited) $100.00

Guidelines for Yoga Class
• Best to not have a full stomach during a Hatha Yoga practice. If you bring water to class, take just small sips.
• Wear loose, non-restrictive clothing. Layering is good so that you can moderate your temperature.
• Whether you’re a first time yoga student or have been practicing for years, give attention to whether the various physical techniques are truly serving your well being. Refrain or modify if a pose isn’t appropriate for you, for whatever reason. Feel free to ask for help or suggestions.
• Let me know if you have specific limitations or challenges so that I can offer alternate poses or modifications when I am able to.
If you have a mat, bring it.
If you don’t, I have some extras.
